Product Protection
We only use high-quality products from trusted manufacturers—most of which come with their own manufacturer warranties. Coverage varies by product, so feel free to ask us for details specific to your project.
Note: Manufacturer warranties may have their own policies and claim processes. We’re happy to help guide you through those if needed.
1-Year Labor Warranty
Every installation is backed by our 1-Year Labor Warranty. If something was installed incorrectly, just let us know within the first year and we’ll make it right, quick and hassle-free.
HTC ProView Plus Warranty
(For Select Products Only)
If your project includes HTC ProView Plus windows or glass (look for the sticker), you get added protection through our preferred distributor:
- 20-Year Accidental Glass Breakage Coverage (non-transferable)
- 3-Year Labor Warranty on covered repairs (when installed by us)
- $1,000 Break-In Deductible Reimbursement (for qualifying incidents)
These benefits apply only to HTC ProView Plus products—not all windows we install.
