Amazing job!! Clayton and Nick did great work! Very fast, friendly, and respectful! Everything looks amazing

Excellent. Give these hard working young men a raise in pay. Excellent. Aside from the smudge in the glass (a flaw in the glass) when that glass pane is replaced, if it is done as cleanly and efficiently as the install, I will sing your praises. So far, worth every penny.

From the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the final walk through, excellent customer service, professional friendly people. Jimmy and Mark were the installation crew, Jimmy was by himself the first day and I don’t think he ever took a break. The second day Mark showed up as a helper and the job was completed . Quality supplies, perfect installation and went out of their way to keep the work area clean.

Our Sales Rep was Steve Richmond. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave a great presentation of the windows we are needing for our house. He explained all plans and discounts and gave us the opportunity to choose what plan worked best for us. I highly recommend Steve for any of your HomeTown projects.

I wanted to let you know that you have a really good crew guys who show up on time and work hard to get the job done. They went above and beyond in helping us sort through some quirks with our old 1950s bathrooms. Kevin in particular was great; I didn’t catch everyone else’s names. Keep up the good work and take care of your employees. It shows.

My dad recently upgraded to a walk-in shower, and it has completely transformed his daily routine. One of the biggest highlights is the easy entry, no more stepping over a high tub wall, which makes the space much safer and more convenient for him. The glass panels keep the space feeling clean and modern, and they’re surprisingly easy to maintain.

These 2 guys showed up on time and ready to work. Off to a good start, within the hour one window replaced. Vernon and Charlie knocked out the 3 windows and the double doors in the next few hours, cleaned up and ready to go. The guys were professional and I recommend you ask for them if you want the job done right!

Alex and Tristan provided excellent work and results. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience with Nick and Connor they arrived at my home on time. I believe they were earlier than what I had put on my calendar. They were respectful to my property. I am really satisfied. I would want them to finish my next project, and I would recommend them to someone else.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Kolokouris who helped me with meet all my bath update wishes – he is very professional and was great help!

Could not be any happier with my install. I was kept in the loop from start to finish. Everyone did their job on time , especially impressed with Nik, who did the actual install. Everything was quality

Zach and Mike do a really good job, thanks.

What a great company and superb install. Their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. 1 project lead to 2 projects and then we added a 3rd. The two installers, Vern and Charlie were the on all three projects and what a great job they did! Will definetely do business with again.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would give it. Both Zach and Clayton were top notch. Courteous, professional, and spot on craftsmen. They epitomize the culture of a great company and cemented me as a repeat customer in the future when we are ready to do doors. Thanks again, guys.

He put down drop clothes from the front door to both bath to minimize disruption to our home. He even vacuumed up all dust from the bathrooms. He was professional, courteous and highly skilled. I would highly recommend Nick and HTC for your bathrooms upgrade.

We didn’t originally plan to replace anything but a patio door, but were convinced that we needed the security and comfort of hurricane impact ready windows and doors. Very pleased with the look and the installation crew was courteous, quick, professional and clean.

Our experience with hometown Contractors was excellent. We were not intending to do anything more than a patio door, but saw the advantages of replacing our windows with hurricane impact and our front door as well. We love the look and feel so much more secure. The installation crew was quick, courteous, professional, and clean.

The Krewe from HTC did a marvelous job of updating the 1927 bathroom in the house. They didn’t get flustered on day one when they discovered they’d have to demo (jackhammer and remove) 8 inches of concrete in the subfloor, plus demo a 400 pound cast iron bath tub! They went about their business professionally.

Great experience, beginning to end! We weren’t intending to do more than just a patio door, but with high recommendations and a good salesman, we saw the need to replace our old windows with hurricane impact and our front door, with the same, which had been sticking for some time. The work crew was quick, efficient, courteous, helpful, and very, very neat in cleaning up the work area. We love our new windows and doors. Very happy!

After this project completion, we will have totally replaced all windows & doors in our home. It’s a big job!!! The first project was completed over a year ago, and I have to say they stood up to their word by responding quickly to any problems. They replaced window that got cracked within a few days. Brian Teague was very thorough in helping us choose our doors & spent plenty of time explaining everything. Would highly recommend this company & their products

We are now confirmed Hometown customers, they have completed 2 major window projects for us, both times the crew and managers have been incredible, so willing to go above and beyond any of our expectations!!! It was a pleasure to meet Arinton and listen to his thorough presentation. He was knowledgeable, informative and clearly covered all aspects of purchase and installation of our new doors and windows. His professional approach instilled confidence and enabled us to take an informed decision to move forward with this project.

Excellent service, very happy! Ramon and Clayton were on time, polite, explained the process. Clayton went the extra mile when my 88 year old father in law started to fall. I called out for help and Clayton was right there. Hometown also did a bath to shower remodel a few years ago and we have been very pleased with that as well. As projects come up we will continue to use Hometown Contractors .

From the beginning through completion, my experience was great. Everyone I spoke with and who came into my home were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have home improvements completed with professionalism.

I was ore than happy with the hurricane shutters I had installed. The whole project was seamless from start to finish. They kept me informed every step of the way so I had no worries whatsoever My salesman, the staff and the installers were a pleasure tp work with. The quality of the materials used in my project was remarkable. I highly recommend!

Excellent. Ramon Hallman and Clayton Gardner are obviously very experienced and they certainly work well together. I am very pleased with the job they did. Two Thumbs Up.

It has been a challenge getting our 8-year-old quadriplegic granddaughter somewhere to play outside at our home. The outside door to our home is very high off the ground. We currently have a small deck with stairs leading to the yard. Hometown Contractors’ associate, Tyler Herbert, went above and beyond when we told him about our issue. He came up with several ideas on his own to get our granddaughter an attached room to our house that leads straight to a larger deck.

Wonderful, very informative. John is a great guy & made the experience short, sweet. Broke everything down great & explained everything very well.

We have used HTC twice now for our home projects. First windows now doors. Would highly recommend HTC for your home projects/improvements. Plus…HTC has a wonderful staff! Thank you Zach and Clayton for your hard work! Our doors look amazing! Looking forward on working with you on our next project.

The integrity in this company was evident from the first contact with their agent. There was nothing left to be “discovered later” and tacked on. Each step from sales, answering questions, status of process, procurement of materials, project management professionalism was as expected. The best.

Kevin and the rest of the crew were so amazing. I really couldn’t have asked for better service. They were all so courteous, so pleasant, so considerate. Drop cloths were laid out from the front door all the way down the hall and into the bathro
