He was punctual and polite through the process and displayed himself well representing HTC. Initially the process was a little like buying a car with the back and forth on pricing, but through the process it all worked out and John went to bat to close the deal. It’s a big purchase so I didn’t take it lightly and did my due diligence to ensure we were making the right decision, and John was patient and understanding of my hesitations. Following up on the installs of the windows which was completed a couple weeks ago. I have no regrets in going with HTC. They were priced slightly higher but the process and install went exactly as planned. The team of installers were overseen with Brian and worked really hard and thorough on the install. The team was extremely professional and I had no hesitations with this group. The quality of the windows is premier. The level of quiet compared to what I had before isn't even imaginable. I have an older home and needed new two entry doors. The old doors did not seal having gaps around the edges letting cold in during the winter and heat in now. I contacted Hometown Contractors because they installed new windows for me a little over a year ago. I was very happy with the installation of the windows so I went back to them for the doors. Hometown Contractors kept me informed on the status of my doors and scheduled the installation. My doors came in quicker than expected and we rescheduled 3 weeks earlier than their original estimate. Nick and Wyatt were at my home just after 8 AM and promptly began the installation. They laid down tarps to protect my floors. They works diligently on the installation. The doors look fantastic. They did a great cleanup after they were finished. I highly recommend Hometown Contractors for windows or doors. I am a very satisfied customer.
