Have been trying to confirm a good day for the company to come and measure for our bathroom renovation. I’ve talked to Heather on several occasions to schedule the appointment, we’ve been missing each others calls. Heather left a message that the crew will be at our house this Friday, November 6th, This morning she called to schedule an appointment, I replied that we already had an appointment for this Friday. She looked at the calendar and said that they were booked, but she did not see my name. So she said let’s look for next week and she said something about living in TALLAHASSEE, I said no I live in Havana about 10 miles out of Tallahassee. Which I have reminded her of that on several occasions. So I told her to please have someone call me today because I’m ready to cancel this contract because she can’t seem to get me scheduled when they are in Havana Florida. I called again just after lunch and said please have someone call me today and no one has called me yet to get this straightened out. I told her I was taking up my sign out of the road that I did not want to recommend this company. I said please have someone call me still no word..

Chad Baxter is absolutely amazing. My parents used him when they were alive and now it’s my turn. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and down to earth. Any project that I have at my house will be a no-brainer as to who I will go with.

John B came to my house same day I called. He was very knowledgeable of the products Hometown Contractors offer. He showed me samples and even explained how I can maintain them years from now. He was very friendly.

Have used this company before for a busted door so when we needed to replace windows it was an obvious choice. This is a stellar company and the work and service is first class starting with the rep , Chad Baxter who was very knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful making it a smooth transaction. The work and quality of the install was equally satisfactory. Highly recommend Chad and Hometown contractors, they are worth every penny.
