Steve Richmond was outstanding in presenting impact windows from Hometown Contractors. This was my 4th estimate and my final one. They had all the options I was looking for at an affordable, fair price. So glad the stress of shopping for windows is over. I feel great about my decision and can't wait to have the windows installed. I thank Steve Richmond for his patience and working with me to accomplish a great outcome. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for new windows give Hometown Contractors a call and ask for Steve Richmond. Install teams of Zack and Mathew, Ethan and Daniel were awesome. You could just tell they knew what they were doing and had the job completed in a reasonable amount of time. They are very respectful of your property and cleaned as they went along. My wife & I have been extremely impressed with HTC, from the front desk folks, the sales rep that came initially, to the window installers.  Everyone has been so very professional, straightforward, & meticulous about every detail of the job!  I couldn't speak more highly of the entire HTC team, & the wonderful work they do!  We were particularly impressed with Clayton, Nick, & Damian, the window installers! HTC’s communications from design, purchase, installation, to inspection were top-notch. Our installation team was knowledgeable, professional, clean, and courteous. They worked with us to ensure built-ins and accents we perfectly placed. This new shower is both modern and timeless.
