We had a great experience working with John Hebisen when purchasing our doors. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make sure we found exactly what we needed. His excellent customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jerry Scarborough and Hometown Contractors!

I was looking to have my mom’s bathtub converted into a walk-in shower to better accommodate her needs and time was of the essence. From the moment I met Jerry, I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine concern for my mom’s well-being.

Jerry immediately understood the urgency of our situation and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. What I initially thought would be a very expensive project turned out to be surprisingly reasonable, thanks to Jerry’s efforts to make sure we received the best possible pricing.

What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured, taken advantage of, or sold something we didn’t need. In fact, I felt so comfortable and confident in Jerry that I didn’t even bother getting another estimate! That says a lot, especially these days.

It’s also refreshing to see a company that genuinely seems to care about its customers, particularly our veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. It’s clear that Hometown Contractors understands that projects like these aren’t simply home improvements, but can make a tremendous difference in someone’s safety, comfort, and quality of life.

I am truly grateful to Jerry for his compassion, patience, and willingness to work with us during a time when I needed to get things taken care of quickly for my mom.

If you’re considering any home improvements, I would wholeheartedly recommend asking for Jerry Scarborough at Hometown Contractors. He’s a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service should be and I couldn’t be more appreciative!

We've had hometown do our entire house with new siding along with some window and door replacements, and they everyone is great. Matt Kolokouris was our sales rep, incredibly knowledgeable, and the project manager, Jay, is always available to answer questions or concerns. The office staff are also great, and the installation crews really know their trades. Well worth the price!

Update: Just had Hometown put in another door and four windows and it was a seamless project. Paul and Zack did an excellent install, and the office staff, Susie and Alexis, kept me informed every step of the way.

Update: Another window and doors project, really happy with the installation Zachary and Matthew did, and Mike always makes sure things are double checked before and after. They run a tight ship.

Just had Dillon and Nick install our new shower. What an amazing job they did. They were so professional and took their time. It is beautiful. Ryan was our salesman and he made sure we got what we wanted. Not to mention a life time guarantee. Tanner measured and was spot on. Michelle in the office worked with our crazy schedule and a hurricane. I would highly recommend HTC.
