Celebrates New Showroom at Grand Opening Event
Hometown Contractors, Inc. held its showroom Grand Opening on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, celebrating business growth, progress, and an ongoing commitment to our community. The event featured exclusive looks at our gorgeous new showroom and all its stunning displays, live music from one of Hometown’s retired employees, delicious food, and opportunities to connect with our community and customers.
We kicked off our Grand Opening with an exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and partnering vendors to celebrate this milestone in Hometown’s journey. Afterword, everyone gathered in the showroom to honor our vendors who help keep Hometown’s operations running smoothly every day. We gave a special “Thank You” to the three vendors who generously donated products for our Grand Prize giveaways – Bath Planet, Gulf Coast Building Products, and Viwinco. The Drowsy Poet Coffee Break Cafe and Milton Quality Bakery kindly donated coffee and doughnuts for the Chamber and our vendors to enjoy – and they certainly did!
Our showroom quickly filled with people as the morning went on, eager to see our brand-new displays, get inspiration for their next home improvement project, and enter our big giveaways – the highlight of the day! Homeowners enthusiastically lined up to enter their names into our giveaway drawings for the chance to win big – a shower of up to a $12,000 value, a patio cover of up to a $20,000 value, and home windows of up to a $25,000 value. We had over 600 entries total for our giveaways, and we’re so thankful that we can give back to our community in ways like this.
While waiting for the giveaway announcements, attendees thoroughly enjoyed the two food trucks who stopped by to serve some delicious lunch and treats. 3D Eats served the classics – hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and fried chicken. CreativBowls offered up some sweet options like açaí bowls and tasty coffee. Both were definitely a hit with our guests and employees!
Many homeowners stuck around to hear the giveaway winners at the end of our Grand Opening event. We started with our smaller, local business giveaways featuring gifts from The Makery, Wendt Farm & Nursery, Stonebrook Golf Club, The Pink Pineapple Boutique, Trident Home Loans, The Drowsy Poet, Lowe’s, and MELA Med Spa. Everyone was eager to hear the winners of our big Grand Prize giveaways and find out if they won their next home improvement project for free! The winners of these three giveaways were:

A big “Congratulations” to all our winners at our Grand Opening! We’re also thankful for everyone who showed up to support Hometown and contributed to the success of our Grand Opening, which totaled over 200 guests. We couldn’t have done this without our loyal partners and our wonderful community.
As we move forward in our new building, we continue to hold our values close to us in every department – commitment to our full-service approach that prioritizes the needs of our clients. While our mission and vision remain the same, we are excited for this major step that will allow us to expand our services and connect with even more homeowners.
