We chose hometown contractors to replace our windows after Craig Stefanik, salesman, came out to our home. Craig is extremely professional and knowledgeable and made it an easy decision for us after thoroughly explaining the available products and installation process. He ensured all of our questions were completely answered and that we were comfortable with moving forward. We would highly recommend hometown contractors and specifically Craig, for any homeowners future projects. Update: Our windows and doors have been fully installed and we are greatly pleased with the outcome. This has been such a smooth process from the start with Craig and then getting updates from the office staff every two weeks on the status of our windows and doors. We were told we would get updates periodically however I’ve always had to be the one to call with any other company for updates but not with hometown contractors. Once our windows/doors arrived the office contacted us and we were scheduled within just a few days. Craig continue to be here throughout the process/installation to make sure everything ran smoothly. Hometown contractors will definitely be our go to for any future home improvements!
