Outstanding Service

We have been using Hometown Contractors for over 10 years. Approximately 8 years ago we did some major upgrades to our house, including new siding, new windows, new deck, new driveway, new porch and more. HTC did all the work with outstanding quality and service. We recently called Chad and asked for some help with an issue for our deck and a few windows. We have been working with Chad since we started using HTC. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional contractors we have ever worked with. He knows his business better than anyone else we have experienced. His deep technical knowledge and excellent personal service is unmatched. We have enjoyed this long relationship with HTC and have no reason to look anywhere else, when it comes to upgrading the exterior of our home. Chad got right on top of servicing our 2 window issues and two days later Mike arrived and fixed both issues, all under warranty. Chad also explained to us the situation with our deck step and helped us understand how to avoid all future concerns. We are extremely pleased with the long lasting relationship with HTC and look forward to many more years of continuous business.

Shower Renovation

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Brandon started off the project by going through each element of the design process and worked with us through all the possible options available and how each element would work together. Brandon spent an entire afternoon helping us make the right decisions to meet our endgame desires. Following this process HTC assigned Tiffany to work the follow details and keep us up to date on technician arrival time and date for the detailed measurements, the materials order and installation dates. Tiffany did an outstanding job throughout her part of the process. Nick, the installer has a special set of skills which enabled him to put together the myriad of elements required to tear down the old shower and build back in from raw studs to a beautifully finished product accurate in every detail. Thanks to HTC and all the experts involved in our Shower Renovation. G Brown

I am over joyed by the work that Nick and Clayton did installing all my impact windows and doors. This company is the best and I recommend them for all replacements of windows and doors. Awesome service performed by two experts. Not all windows are the same, but they approach challenges head on and completed the job in an excellent manner. High quality windows and professional installation. Very happy with their work!

It was was all good but job not complete and now I’m very upset I can see if was a 4 or 5 thousand dollar job but I just paid over 14000 thousand dollars for this and now it has me upset!

From the first call for as estimate to the completion I have been very impressed with the professionalism and the level of communication throughout the process.
