We want to thank HTC for their hard work and dedication to installing our beautiful windows. Special shout out to Wes for handling our problem when a few cracked but nothing he couldn't handle in getting them replaced and in communicating what was happening. Our installer, Jack, went above and beyond to ensure they were done perfectly!! He is definitely an asset to your company. Lastly, a thank you to Tom, the representative from Viwinco, the window manufacturer, for coming by and explaining everything to us. Exceptional company and highly recommend!!
