A premium quality surprise

I am so excited and happy about my new screen.Ed in back porch. Hometown contractors sent out two of the most wonderful young men zack and Ramone to install my screened in room. I was so shocked and surprised and how fast they put it together. What a thorough, clean job, they did and how kind and courteous and friendly they were. Even my three little yorkies took a liking to them. Despite the heavy rainfall and the lengthy permitting process, they pulled this job off in no time. They left my entire premises, clean and tidy, if not better than when they arrived. I'm so happy with the results.I'm gonna go ahead and contract them to do the front of my house as well. I am recommending them to several friends and my son. If you want a premium quality in the craftsmanship.You need to hire hometown contractors. Even the office staff was thorough informative and kept me apprised of each stage with a courteous and friendly staff. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

We have been using Hometown Contractors for over 10 years. Approximately 8 years ago we did some major upgrades to our house, including new siding, new windows, new deck, new driveway, new porch and more. HTC did all the work with outstanding quality and service. We recently called Chad and asked for some help with an issue for our deck and a few windows. We have been working with Chad since we started using HTC. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional contractors we have ever worked with. He knows his business better than anyone else we have experienced. His deep technical knowledge and excellent personal service is unmatched. We have enjoyed this long relationship with HTC and have no reason to look anywhere else, when it comes to upgrading the exterior of our home. Chad got right on top of servicing our 2 window issues and two days later Mike arrived and fixed both issues, all under warranty. Chad also explained to us the situation with our deck step and helped us understand how to avoid all future concerns. We are extremely pleased with the long lasting relationship with HTC and look forward to many more years of continuous business.

Jacob and Mark were extremely professional when they installed my windows. They explained exactly what was going to happen and we're very careful to not damage anything. They left the area clean and the windows cleaned when they had installed each one. They showed me how to use them because they were very different from my old ones and how convenient the new ones were. They also gave me great tips on how to clean both the glass and the frames. I would recommend hometown contractors because from start to finish I am very satisfied. They made the process extremely easy.

I can't say enough good things about the crew from Hometown. They did everything right: showed up on time, worked at a good pace, paid attention to detail, answered all my questions, and did a heck of a job transforming the entry/porch of my home. In addition, they were courteous at all times. I also like the fact that a Hometown contractor was involved to supervise the work and train the installers on the right way to do things.

We are very pleased with our HTC experience! There was frequent communication between us and the contractor, quality materials used for the job, and Robert and his crew were diligent in their labors. They cleaned up after themselves daily, leaving things in order, and they let us know from day to day what to expect. We appreciated that the demolition was done in such a way as to not leave our home vulnerable to the elements. It was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor!
