I highly recommend HTC and anxiously await the final results. Scheduling (April) an estimate was simple and timely. Brandon (sales) shared his extensive window industry knowledge without any high-pressure sales tactics. He was great to work with planning our project and very patient with our decision making process, as well as being prompt in responding to email and text questions. I was assured that HTC will keep me informed as the window ordering and replacement process is carried out. They have been true to their word and Ms. Elizabeth has been in touch multiple times and Jeremy has already been out to measure! Everyone I have spoken with at HTC has been very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my new windows!
