Windows, Doors & Hurricane Protection - Niceville, FL

HTC replaced most of our windows and doors. We special ordered the highest storm rated windows, HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone). They found us the windows we researched ourselves and wanted for the lowest competitive price. After the order, Mike called me every 3 to 4 weeks for status updates from production until after the entire project was complete. During this time, Hurricane Sally damaged the entire floor of our home where the latest received windows were being installed. Unfortunately, HTC does not conduct Hurricane damage mitigation/reconstruction. Hands down, I would have had them rebuild that floor of our home. They are easily the most knowledgeable, skillful, thorough, professional, helpful, and educational in the industry as a whole entire team we have ever encountered of any construction/remodeling company. I have lived in 26 homes and seen it all, experienced it all. I have had one of their largest area competitors do window work for us prior to our contracts with HTC. The fact that I called HTC to replace an additional floor of windows in my home without considering the competitors should speak volumes to you. Stop looking. HTC is indeed like the elderly couple in their TV ad says, "Worth every penny". If they wiil do future projects we contract for in our home, we will definitely have them do it.
