Bathtub Swap out

I had a large two person jetted tub that HTC removed and replaced with a one person walk in tub. Project was completed within specified time. Everything was as promised. The only thing that would have made it better was for HTC to have been able to complete the tile work that was needed with a smaller tub print. I had the option of first mud or tile board. I chose tile board since I decided to put tile on the wall. I knew upfront that I would be responsible for the tile completion once the tub was in, it just would have been better for me had I not had to find someone to finish the job.
