Well informed, motivated , friendly , great customer service skills! Was willing to work and negotiate an excellent price . If you need windows Definitely worth looking into.

I truly cannot say enough good things about the crew that installed these windows! They were super efficient, thorough, and personable. They worked like a well oiled machine! The windows look fantastic and everything was cleaned up after installation. I definitely will be using Hometown Contractors again in the future! Thank you Gator, Chris,Vern, and Seabisquit! Great job!!!

The finished product is stunning, the associates (Jimmie and Kyle) were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my home and property. They were timely in preforming their duties while sharing ongoing information. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up in spite of the circumstances (dust), my only draw back is what appears to be misinformation as to how the payment was to be made. My project was scheduled through Home Depot but I couldn't use my Home Depot credit card, my only payment option was by check made out to Home Depot.🤔hmmm. I was not happy about that option especially when I verified how payment could be made. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Great work guys

Install of new Tub/Shower

We were very impressed with the Tub/Shower replacement. Starting with the consultation/design process with Craig, to the removal/ install work with Dillon, everything went GREAT! HTC kept me in the loop with the new tub ordering/status. The removal/install team (Dillon) was on time and did a great job. The entire area was left clean. We were very impressed with the new Acrylic Tub. Everyone I spoke with at HTC have been very helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend HTC.

My expectations were managed appropriately, my doors were keyed together as requested, the color matched the online image, and my technicians (Derrick and Mark) were polite, hardworking, and called for help when they encountered an issue to confirm the proposed solution would work. They worked well, addressed all my concerns, humored my kid who tried to talk their ears off, and went over all details with me.

Window Replacement

We were in a tornado on March 31, 2022, some of the windows were broken. I had just put new windows in Feb of 22 from Hurricane Michael. The new windows from the tornado were put in October of 22. The company came out installed the windows. They ordered the wrong sliding door and a bathroom window. After several phone calls to finish the job no help. I talked with Hometown Contractors they assured me from the start to finish there would no problems and boy were they right. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Chris, Vernon and Sebastian could not have been nicer. I am going to replace the other windows so that they match. The windows they installed are a much better window than the previous company. I will have those guys replace the other windows. Thank you Hometown Contractors!!!!!

Fantastic crew

Home Team Contractors did a very nice job installing 15 windows and two sliding glass doors. 4 of the windows were large picture glass impact windows. They did this work professionally and kindly throughout. Not to mention timely. The crew sent from The Panama City office was Gator, Chris, Vernon, and a new fellow sorry didn’t get his name. They all did a great job.
