Vernon and Robby were a fun pair to meet. Very professional installers who treated our home as it it were there own. Fifteen windows installed in one shift! All debri cleaned up, vacuumed, throw rugs used in every room. These guys were awesome! Field Manager Craig called early to inspect the window installation job. A very friendly experienced individual that answered all of our questions. Just a super smooth transition from old to new involving allot of manual labor. Great job! Very happy with our new upgrade and the house looks new! Hats off to the crew and Field Manager. Cheers!

My experience with HTC from the start has been great. Very communicative, courteous, and the windows even came in a month early! Derrick and Mark were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It looked like they were never here besides the new windows. Thank you!

Perfect fix for our backyard door!

Derek and Mark arrived well within the announced time and set to work right away. They removed the old doors and frame, made sure there was no wood rot, and installed the new custom- made doors. They restored the woodwork around the doorway, and left everything spotless. The doors fitted perfectly. Throughout, they were courteous and professional and fully explained what was being done. We are very pleased with HTC's work and will be glad to use their services again.

It was a pleasure meeting Glen. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. Glen took the time to explain the history of the company and owners as well as each product and how it will work in my new shower. I am so glad I chose HTC.

The People You Want To Do Your Bathroom Remodel

The process began with Glenn arriving at our home, on time and very friendly but professional. He was extremely respectful of our home even while reviewing the work to be performed and explained the care that would be taken to protect our home while the demo and remodel was performed. He listened to exactly what we desired and that it is exactly what was shown; no upselling...exactly what we wanted. He made a few suggestions to enhance the beauty of our shower/tub area which were great! He explained the whole process from start to finish and then gave us a quote for the job right then, including the discounts we qualified for, and explaining methods we could utilize towards payment. Deciding to go with this fantastic company, a contract was printed up right then and signed; not days or weeks just to get a quote and contract. Glen explained the company does all the permitting for the customer and sets up the inspections, A Huge benefit so I didn't have to run around to the court house. This company truly puts the customer first in every aspect of operations. The next day I was contacted by Kate to go over everything in the contract. Then I was contacted by Diane the Bath Mgr. for a final measurement before ordering. Every employee has been friendly, respectful, courteous and makes you feel like your job is their number one priority at the moment. The company operates with an honesty and integrity that is refreshing to do business with. Glenn Newsome is a great representative

Glen did a great job showing me options and choices for what to put in a new shower. He has always been pleasant and easy to talk with about bathroom upgrades. We worked with Don M. for a couple of hours. He spent time explaining every aspect of the job and material comparisons. He was very knowledgeable about his product and the other company’s products. HTC was able to make a very competitive offer with superior product. Don was very thorough and patient answering all questions. They are a great company to work with.
