Terry and Derick were outstanding in their work, clean up and explaining the plan to put the Sunroom back together (yea missed it) and very creative way to put the deck piece back together to secure a longer life for this area. They both took the time to answer questions and explain their process to seal the room to prevent future leaks. I felt confident that both men knew their craft and worked together but independently! Derick took pride in the placement of the screens! Terry took pride in finding solution for the wood deck that needed a good support to build some longevity into that area of the deck. We are so happy to have cemented the Sunroom and the area on the right. The cement job was fantastic in the Sunroom and outside patio. The only concern was the cement spillages on the grass and along the patio. It looks like it needs to be broken up and removed-I wish we would have walked out and noticed this before it got as hard as concrete. They worked up to 8 pm at night (Concrete crew). The boards around the concrete pad laid cannot be removed because of the concrete spillages has hardened and made this part of the job incomplete.
