The workers were courteous and polite. Kyle and Jimmy did a great job. Very professional. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I am very happy with what I now have.

Great Shower / Great Service / Great Company!!!

HTC replaced our shower in our new home. We moved into our newly built home in Foley Alabama one year ago. The house was wonderful EXCEPT for the very small shower Kit that was installed by the builder. We tried to get the builder to work with us after we moved in to replace the small shower that was used in the Master Bathroom, with no success. After our 1Year Warranty date passed in October, called in HTC to see if they would help us out. That turned out to be the best call we could have made. We were visited by Ryan that explained everything concerning the material and processes that would be needed and answered every question we had. Everyone else that we encountered during the entire project was extremely Professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything we needed. I was totally amazed at our installation Specialist. Lane, our Installer, was by far one of the best Craftsmen that I have had the pleasure of meeting. His work was absolutely amazing and the fit and finish of the entire project is the best I have seen. My wife and I highly recommend HTC because of final product design and installation, but their customer service goes above and beyond any other contractor we have used before. This is a privately owned company that Cares about their Customers. Bill & Jan Wood

Our experience with Hometown Contractors was the most enjoyable home improvement project my wife and I have ever experienced. Every HTC employee we worked with was pleasure to meet and provided us knowledgeable and professional information through every step of the process. We were especially impressed with Ryan, our sales representative, in that he was knowledgeable of every detail of the materials and processes needed for our new shower. But I was totally amazed by Lane, our installation professional. I happen to be a person who appreciates quality workmanship and attention to detail. Lane is by far the best craftsman that I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. His knowledge and expertise along with the very pleasant and respectful personality was an extreme pleasure to work with. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend HTC as our “Go To” contractor for any future projects.

Brandon Irwin was courteous, considerate of my time, thorough in explaning the windows, financing options, and installation procedures. He inspired confidence in the company, product and installation. So far everything he said would happen, has happened with extreme timeleness. I look forward to the process of teh project. If the progress is as efficient as Brandon I am confident I will be very satisfieds with the purchase.

Mike was very informative, very professionally and courteous at all times. I felt very much at ease with him in my home. He helped me so much in picking out style of door and color. I feel that I could call him with any questions or concerns I may have. He also helped with the financing process and explain everything to me. I commend him highly to his company and managers.
