New composite 10x 20 deck

HTC finished my new deck yesterday. Not only is the new deck beautiful, and exactly what I had envisioned, the whole experience of working with HTC was professional and Kenny was extremely helpful with tossing my ideas around, gibbing his expert opinion, and drawing a plan on paper so that I could clearly see the vision. I will say this Company will probably be a bid on the higher side of bids you may receive but I chose HCT because after that first initial long meeting with Kenny, I was confident that the end product would be perfect, and the customer service would be more than five star and it all was. I believe you get what you pay for! Thanks again to Kenny, the install team, the job site inspector, and the office team that kept me fully aware of all timelines.

Door Installation and wall framing

Danial and Nick are excellent workers and did a great job correcting some framing issues in support of exterior door installation. Jay was also great to work with as the supervisor(?).

Bathtub Surround

From Ryan the salesman, to Toby to Nick the installer. There was constant communication and updates, measure and re-measure for accuracy and a great installation. They arrived on time for each appointment as well. A breath of fresh air these days. Thank you!

I’m writing as a returning customer for Hometown Contractors for windows for my home. HTC truly made the process easy and efficient from the start. Their product is top of the line. From having the windows on the front of our home for a year so far, I can attest to the quality of the work as well as the product. They have also reduced our electricity bill as in addition to an increased aesthetic look. Mike, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable and informative and assured us we would be updated every step of the way. They also have great discounts. I would recommend HTC for all of your home improvement needs!

Door replacement

Great, Paul and Ashton were awesome. The door were short and few screw and they shot up to Lowes and grabbed some to be able to finish the job.

HTC did a great job with our window replacement. Tim and his son were very professional, arrived on time, respectful, informative and knowledgeable in installing our new windows. Very pleased with their work.

We love our NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS!!! They are lovely, and make our home look beautiful. We are just starting our renovation of the entire house and boy did the windows and doors change our whole outlook. We know we have a quality product that will add value to our home. Great investment! That all being said, I must tell you all about the people we encountered here at Hometown Contractors, Inc. Our salesman truly sold this product to us by telling us all the info we needed to know and then some. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The price is high but fair. I believe the product is that good. The people in the office kept in touch with us until the windows and doors were installed. Which I felt was done quickly and amazingly well. The gentlemen, Derrick, Nick, Jacob and Mark were an amazing crew. They all worked quickly, quietly and cleanly. What more could you want when your house is being worked on? We have quite a bit more to do on our home and will use this company for a few more projects I am sure. I only wish they did it all...I would allow them to do it all. Thank you all for a great experience and for making our home more lovely!

From start to finish it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had working with Hometown. they kept me updated though out the process from the signing of the contract to the end of the installation. The young man that did the install was so respectful and knowledgeable about his craft he did a great job his name is Lane if he does your install, you will be Blessed to have him very hard worker that's right one man did the install blew me away. stay out of his way trust me he will do you a great job. from tear out of old tub to install of shower 2 days. And I'm sorry but I can't remember the names of the 2 men that came out for the quote and then the measurements, but they were fantastic. Even the nice ladies on the phone were great next time I need work done I'm calling Hometown.
