Every homeowner knows how difficult it can be to find trustworthy people and companies to work on your house. Particularly when the job is large and expensive—like replacing all 18 of our “antique” 1929 windows—the anxiety level can be quite high. My wife and I received an estimate from another company, but their presentation and manner of doing business did not fill us with confidence. They were, from their first presentation to the final completion of the job, completely professional, trustworthy, clear, and focused. They were a pleasure to work with, everyone associated with the company friendly and generous with their time. They brought the job in on time and on budget; to my mind one can’t ask for more from a contractor.
