From the initial presentation by Mario to the installation by Tim & Kaleb, everything was done with the highest standards. ✔️ Mario answered every question and explained every step. He was personable and a delight to meet. He also did not rush (which, as a 77 year-old, I really appreciated.) It's always important for a customer to know what they are getting and he clarified everything from the cost/value to the time-line. When he left, I had no second thoughts. He was knowledgeable and professional. I got 3 estimates and had 3 presentations and Mario's was more factual and less "sales-pitch"..... I felt secure enough in his answers to make the $$$ investment that day. The contact with the office was with Elizabeth. She provided timely information and was delightful to speak with on the phone .📲 She let me know that I could call with questions at any time.......which I did after being told that the windows 🪟 had arrived and that Wes would call. I didn't receive a call, so I called Elizabeth and was told that Wes was out of the office a d would call the next day. He did not call, so I cled Elizabeth and she gave me the installation dates then. Wes was the only lapse in the support since the installation was done SO WELL by Tim (Kelly) and Kaleb (Ball) I was SO pleased with their job! They arrived on time & were so understanding about the fact that I am also in the middle of a ceiling repair. They were careful, efficient & even finished early...GRE

From our first consultation visit, through ordering and finally installation, we were always kept "in the loop" with all aspects of our project. All of the HTC team were always professional, courteous and efficient with their time as well as ours. The installation process was remarkable. The two-person team kept us advised as to what they were doing. Pointed out discrepancies with the original build installation and clarified what "they would be doing" instead. They were extremely well versed in the removal of our old front door/sidelights, area prep and installation of the new door and side lights. They contained and removed debris as they worked; and cleaned the area to like new before leaving. We could not be happier with all aspects of the HTC experience. Gret Job!!!

Excellent work despite the team having to compete with rain storms. The experience of the gentlemen working on my house was extremely obvious. I was very pleased with the final product.

Kyle and Jacob with Hometown Contractors came out to screen in half of our back porch and did an excellent job. They respected our property and cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and steady worked thru the heat. My husband and I was very happy with the results. We will recommend Hometown Contractors to anyone.

We met with Mario to discuss new windows options for living along the coast. Mario gave us the history of the company, the people working there and why he works there! He then went into the specific details of the windows and all our options, discussing the pros and cons each step of the way. He explained how they measure, and remeasure the windows, how they’re made, when we could expect them to be complete, the install process and how they work. He showed us how the new windows greatly reduce the heat coming thru your window pane and the transferable warranty. I felt very informed and confident in our decision to use Hometown Contractors for our new hurricane windows. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product.
