I cannot POSSIBLY recommend HTC enough! The project has gone smoothly from start to finish! I added a 14x14 Florida room/den, a 14x18 screened-in porch (for a SwimSpa), and a 14x14 concrete deck and everything is handicap accessible to boot! While everyone at HTC has been phenomenal, I absolutely want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Terry and Jason - the folks who did MOST of the hard work getting the structures installed efficiently and effectively (and are just the nicest two men I have had the pleasure to work with). The only "delays" came from the world-wide shipping delays we are all dealing with right now. Having worked with multiple contractors and subs in the realty world, I do not say this lightly, They were ALWAYS professional and let me know every step of the way what to expect. The follow-up protocol HTC uses is a SHINING EXAMPLE of how ALL businesses should be run. If you are wondering who to hire for your sunroom and patio needs, look no further!!
