Way too pricey for the average homeowner.

The salesman was great at his job. Had me convinced that I not only needed the windows but that they would save me money and be affordable... NOT! He sent me an estimate of over $43K to replace 15 standard sized windows on a fifty year old single floor home! Almost $3K per window! That estimate supposedly included a military discount for myself. $2,903.00 per window! They must be gold plated. Are they? I do NOT recommend that any fellow veteran turn to these people for help.

We were continously kept up to date as to progress of materials. The installer, Ervin, was very professional and courteous. Very good cleanup after project was completed.

My wife and I met with Mike today to discuss replacement windows and doors. I was very impressed with the level of information, detail, and actual samples that were shown to us. Every question we had, not only about the products themselves, but company information, our needs, the installation process, and even financing was dealt with on the spot. No need for any follow up meetings. As a result we found out about the quality of the windows and doors that we selected, were able to actually choose the specific styles, colors, and hardware, and be able to see what things would look like using that information. If you are looking for a complete understanding of the solutions available, look no further. Be ready to take some time and get all your questions answered all at once. No need to get back with you later because they had to go research a question. They are extremely knowledgeable and will exceed your expectations.

Patrick, David and the install crew went above and beyond!! 1. Professional, 2. Honest 3. On time. 4. Impeccable work, we cannot say enough of how good and how pleased we are with our install and service! Tiffany scheduling and everyone are of the highest caliber! In fact the only problem is they did "too good" of a job.....now I'm forced to do another bathroom remodel with them!! Prices are excellent, and the quality of work is 2nd to NONE! I would recommend this company to anyone....even their "work" trucks are surgical "clean"! Kudos and thank you for a job well done for our son's bathroom!!!!

We had a complete exterior remodel. Including windows on the front of the house. Big job. Had to remove cedar shingles from the entire exterior. Gerald was awesome and he took care of everything. Replaced what needed replacing and left what did not need replacing. Excellent craftsman. Hometown actually did what they said they would do. Best money ever spent on our home.

Special shout out to Wes for handling our problem when a few cracked but nothing he couldn't handle in getting them replaced and in communicating what was happening. Our installer, Jack, went above and beyond to ensure they were done perfectly!! He is definitely an asset to your company. Lastly, a thank you to Tom, the representative from Viwinco, the window manufacturer, for coming by and explaining everything to us. Exceptional company and highly recommend!!

The whole process with HTC was great from start to end and they even got it done earlier than we figured. Wei had two companies come and give estimates and HTC was the best and had way more options. They worked with me with the design I wanted even though they had never done what I wanted before. Charles was our installer and did a great job and was very friendly. They actually ordered the wrong tub I wanted but ended up upgrading the tub to a better one that they had in stock and didn’t have to wait to order another. I’ve had people think the walls were real grout and lots of compliments. We couldn’t be more happier with the job he did. Thank you HTC team for all your great work! Will definitely be contacting them for our next job.
