Craig, our salesman, was the most informative, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile through willingness to provide the product I wanted even if it wasn't the brand normally sold by HTC. He checked back with me every couple weeks to keep me updated on the progress from the day of our contract until after the final inspection. Mike, the project manager, also kept in touch with me to keep me informed and answer questions throughout the process. Tim and Tim, the installers for my windows, were meticulous from ensuring nothing in my house was touched other than the windows and casements. They were courteous, communicative, and detailed in their workmanship. We will definitely use HTC again for future projects. Best home improvement team for us out of 12 teams we have used for other projects over the past 10 years.
