“Recently, we were replacing the windows on a home in downtown Pensacola that had had their windows replaced not too long ago. Due to poor craftsmanship and unprofessional installation, the windows had to be replaced again by the new owners,” explained Paul Kasischke, owner of the business. “While removing the old windows, our installer found a plastic container left in the wall by the company that had installed the windows before us. They had put it there to catch the rain from the leaking windows. They knew they had installed the windows wrong, but they tried to hide their mistake.”

The previous homeowners more than likely had the windows installed by an unprofessional installer without the proper credentials, and it was evident in their workmanship.

“We had to put in extra days at the job site,” said installer Mike P.  “When I pulled out the first window, the entire wall nearly collapsed due to wood rot.” Hometown Contractors, Inc. took the time and effort to make sure all of the old windows and the rotten wood were completely replaced. They had everything properly permitted and inspected by the city to make sure the job was up to code. This is something that Hometown Contractors, Inc. does with all of their jobs.
